What Folder IT built
Folder IT designed and built CallGuard, a multi-agent AI platform for banking call quality assurance. It combines Whisper transcription, GPT-4o scoring across 20 QA criteria, and a Neo4j knowledge graph to surface compliance issues, customer intent, sentiment, and performance patterns. NPS and First Call Resolution are derived automatically, with dashboards updated every 15 minutes.
Deployed on Kubernetes with PII masking, PCI-DSS aligned practices, and end-to-end monitoring, CallGuard was handed over with training for the bank’s QA team.
